Try to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to have enough time to enter the session.
WHAT TO WEAR?
- whatever you feel comfortable in (if something more seductive is comfortable to you then that's the way to go)
- a pair of trainers will do (sometimes we take them off or use a pair of heels)
- a yoga mat might come in handy
