What's Your Vibe?

HEELS

There are so many ways you can dance in heels, as many as they are dance styles. However what you will most commonly see is floor work, use of body movement and isolations, struts, slow walks, creating different shapes and lines & plenty of feminine energy. It is all about confidence, strength and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

AFRO

When we say 'afro' we mean a variety of African dance styles such as: amapiano, azonto, gwara gwara, zanku, ndombolo, shaku, kupe and more. There's a plenty of legwork, body movement and coordination involved to say the least. As well as catching the groove. But it is all good fun and we want to share that fun with you.

CHAIR

We have included this dance style in our heels classes. It adds a different level to the dance. Again it is not focused on a specific dance genre but it is a blend of all styles. Key is to dance with, around & on the chair, sometimes adding some tricks to add to the complexity of the dance. You can join the class with or without heels.
